The Avionics and Instrument Shops
at ABX Air are FAA rated for Radio I, II, III and Instrument rated
I, II, III, IV. They occupy a modern facility with temperature and
humidity controlled environment. The Instrument Shop is a class
100,000 clean room. The Avionics Shop features an
IRIS 2000 (RF) Automatic Test Station and an Environmental
Test Chamber for “live" temperature testing of LRU’s.
