ABX AIR FIELDS LARGEST MARCH OF DIMES TEAM 22 Walkers Raise nearly $4,000 for Research
WILMINGTON, OH - Nov. 3, 2005 - More
walkers than ever before were part of ABX Air’s March of Dimes
WalkAmerica team this year. Twenty-two employees and family members
spent a sunny Saturday morning walking for a cause. |

“I was really pleased with the large turnout we had for our team.” said Deanna Liermann, ABX March of Dimes Team Captain. “Our employees are really busy with our operations but they still took time to support the walk.” The $3,500 raised by the team placed them second in the county. Overall, the Clinton County walk raised around $27,000. ABX Air has been a corporate sponsor of the WalkAmerica event for several years and continued that support this year. “We staffed a checkpoint on the route,
donated thank you gifts for all walkers in the county, as well as
funded a contributing sponsorship,” added Liermann. |
