Incentive Program The Service Team Achievement Recognition (STAR) program rewards all eligible employees for achieving pre-determined monthly goals for the total ABX Air system on-time performance. A cash bonus is paid each month to all eligible employees when we meet our service goals! You must meet safety and attendance requirements to remain eligible.

Recognition is an ABX standard At ABX Air, we are proud to showcase and recognize employee achievements and successes. ABX Air Wings of Excellence: The Wings of Excellence program recognizes and rewards employees who demonstrate excellence in job performance, extraordinary achievement, or superior service to the customer. All employees are eligible to be nominated to receive the prestigious silver Wings of Excellence award. A lapel pin, cash award, and a letter from an ABX Air executive accompany the award. The Gold Wings of Excellence award is considered the highest, most prestigious form of recognition for excellence the company can give to an employee. Letters of Recognition: The intent of this program is to recognize an ABX Air employee for a one time or long-term special work achievement outside the standard, normal scope of their job duties and responsibilities. All ABX Air employees are eligible to be nominated. The letter may be accompanied with a nominal cash award. Attendance
Award Program: Employees who have
excellent attendance for an entire calendar year
set an example for all other employees to aspire
to. Employees who meet the standards for excellent
attendance are recognized for their significant
accomplishments and for their contributions in
assisting ABX Air in obtaining its customer service
goals.
[more] Celebrating Milestones: ABX Air celebrates and recognizes its employee's anniversaries, especially 1-, 5-, 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-, 30-, and 35-year anniversaries. In addition to vacation benefit increases at varied levels, employees celebrating their first year with ABX Air receive a pin and their names are posted on the Communications Centers, employees reaching 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years are listed in the company newsletter, and 20 plus milestone anniversaries are aired on ABXTV.
