  1. Domestic Waybill
  2. Shippers Declaration using 49 CFR for domestic shipments. (Gross weight of package containing commodity must not exceed 30 kgs, 66 lbs.)

Proper Shipping Name: Consumer Commodity

Haz Class: ORMD Text Box: ORMD-AIR

MARKING

  1. Shipper/Receiver Information
  2. Consumer Commodity
  3. ORMD-AIR - This can be a sticker or hand
    written with a rectangle around the words.
     

2. ABX/DHL International

SLI (top)

PAPERWORK

  1. SLI for International shipments.
  2. International Express Airbill for Canadian shipments.
  3. Shippers Declaration using IATA for Int'l and Canadian shipments. (Weight/Qty of hazmat is expressed in kgs as appropriate to the contents. Weigh the package on the scale and convert from lbs to kgs and list total on the shippers declaration.

Proper Shipping Name: Consumer Commodity

Haz Class: Class 9, ID 8000

MARKING

  1. Shipper/Receiver Information
  2. Consumer Commodity
  3. Class 9
  4. ID 8000
  5. Class 9 Miscellaneous Label

3. ABX/DHL Ground

E-commerce Waybill (top)

PAPERWORK

  1. E-Commerce Waybill
  2. None required.

MARKING

  1. Shipper/Receiver Information
  2. Consumer Commodity (Gross weight of package
    containing commodity must not exceed 30 kgs, 66 lbs.)
  3. ORMD - This can be a sticker or hand written with a
    rectangle around the words.

PRIOR APPROVAL NEEDED
 


4. U.S. Postal Service

PAPERWORK

  1. Domestic Waybill
  2. None required.

MARKING

  1. Shipper/Receiver Information
  2. Consumer Commodity
  3. ORMD - This can be a sticker or hand
    written with a rectangle around the words.
  4. For the Postal Service, the package also
    needs to say "Surface Only". These can
    only be sent through the mail domestically,
    never internationally or by air.
